Every Conceivable Type of Furnished Accommodation in Sydney

Sydney worked out long ago that it was a city popular with visitors and that many of them wanted to stay in Sydney for extended periods, at much the same price as it cost to live at home. That is why there has been an explosion in the supply of top class rental accommodation in the city and surrounding areas.

The most desirable and popular form of furnished accommodation is a compact little apartment that sleeps between two and four people. For the person who seeks executive accommodation Sydney this is perfectly adequate.

Families and groups of friends often opt to share furnished accommodation in Sydney when they travel to the city from elsewhere in Australia or overseas. This is a great cost cutter idea, and it is also a lot of fun. For these visitors there are large furnished apartments, furnished cottages and even luxurious villas and gorgeous penthouses available for hire.

The difference between furnished accommodation and a hotel is that you treat furnished accommodation as if it was your own home. There are no reception areas, pubs, restaurants or room service in self-service furnished accommodation. It is much the same as moving into someone's apartment or house that they have just vacated. You have to look after your own laundry, cleaning, purchases and cooking.
